Confiabilidade e política de manutenção aplicadas a sistemas de máquinas de plataformas offshore
Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe work consists in the determination of maintenance tasks that must be scheduled and carried out, based on the study and analysis of the history of failures and repairs of machine systems, considering a reliability study. The objective is to be able to establish the maintenance policies considering the priority of the tasks to be carried out. To establish the hierarchy of maintenance tasks, the Risk Priority Number (RPN), considered in FMECA (Failure Mode, Effect and Criticality Analysis), is used. To obtain the RPN value, three factors are necessary: occurrence, severity and detectability. The occurrence will be determined by two stochastic models: the Moment Model and the Markov diagram, however the other two factors are established by the plant's technical staff experience. These two methods have been implemented in LabVIEW®, performing fault mode analysis of four-system components. The developed software (GEMACC) has been also be used for the determination of maintenance actions and operational and safety time limits. The software obtained good results that meet the requirements of the user and check the results of the literature.
