The present work accomplished an improvement of the model of predictability with the development of the modeling of the height of fall during ship loading and the development and validation of a new equipment of analysis of surface breaking and volumetric of the pellets. After this, a sensitivity analysis was done on the mathematical model and a case study was performed through handling simulation from the pelletizing until the customer.
