This Regulation regulates and gives minimal legal direction for its execution for later approve and give concession permission to occupy of these enterprises. This study analyzes the integration of them to the code construction, emphasizing the principal elements, which interfere with the conditions of comfort of this architectural design. The study examines the designs, which have been building at Barra da Tijuca district between 1960 and 2004.
