It was verified that, for some time, quality has been a significant parameter in construction because of the advantages it brings, as reduced final cost and deadline, which are considered very important . It can be confirmed that, in the development of any enterprise, the conception phase, in which are included the preliminary studies and the project, is very important for the quality of the final product as well as for the building process. It is important to remember that quality management is a big step towards the improvement of construction, and can be achieved by the improvement of quality in projects.
