Aspectos do desempenho operativo de redes elétricas com inserção de geração fotovoltaica

Abstract

dc:description.abstract

Analyzes different aspects of static and dynamic operational behavior from electrical energy systems in the presence of photovoltaic generation. Therefore, a distribution grid was proposed by combining a medium and low voltage systems and also, by adding distributed photovoltaic generation at the low voltage grid. Furthermore, the IEEE 39 bus system was chosen for the transmission grid studies, also by adding central station photovoltaic systems. The results show a higher influence from the utility scale model at the transmission system. On these cases it is perceived that the way the photovoltaic generators are connected can either increase or decrease system load margin, as well as crictical clearing time. Thus, the central station photovoltaic generation model affects both voltage and angle stability. On the other hand, besides having a restricted impact on the stability of the studied grid, the distributed photovoltaic generators have an affect on the operational behavior under islanded and unbalanced grid conditions.
