Abstract

This work presents some dynamic relaxation adaptive algorithms applied to the analysis of structures by the Finite Element Method (isoparametric three-dimensional elements). These algorithms allow for both linear or non-linear analysis, considering plasticity and large displacement effects. Finally sorne examples of application are given to show the performance of the suggested algorithms.
