Abstract
dc:description.abstractA numerical tool for geometric nonlinear static and linear dynamic analysis of stayed spatial frame structures is presented. The numerical procedures and modelling technics are developed towards near future analysis of long span stayed bridges. The developed approach mapes use of well established procedures of the finite element method. Several test examples plus a 3-D model of a three spans multi-stayed bridge are used to demonstrate the potentiality and validity of the adopted approach to analyse practical structures.
