Gestão em obras de restauro, uma metodologia e apropriação de custos em obras de restauração

This thesis develops a method to be appropriated in restoration works presuming that for each restoratio service per se, other basic and mplementary services will be necessary for an effetive intervention. The proposal focuses itens relating to infraestructure, protections and acces to the sites that will be restored; these shold be propelly classified and appropriated, discarting the evaluation of cost based on estimates. The research is presented with sugestion to modulate the areas that will be worked upon so that galth the restoration plans and its bodget may included the especification and the interpolation between restoration services. Another goal of the modulation suggestion is to maximize the use of protections and infraestructure in order to rationalize the coasts of this phases in which retoration works reach percentages above the standard for construcion works.
