Modelagem hidrodinâmica de decantador primário de esgotos utilizando-se a técnica de traçadores

This work comprises a study on the Hydrodynamic of a primary settler of sewage treatment plant, type sludge activated through the evaluation of parameters obtained by the use of tracers. The technique employed in obtaining the data consisted in the injection of radioactive tracer (Brome-82) as well as fluorescent tracers (Amidorodamine G-Extra, Rodamine B, Eosine and Uranine). The experimental results were compared with the results predicted by simplified hydrodynamics models published. The sewage treatment plant chosen was the plant located at Ilha do Governador (Rio de Janeiro) whose average flowrate is about 17.280m³/day.
