At first, the formula from the theory of Elasticity are reviewed for this plane stress state problem and methods of solution are presented in Chapter II. In the Chapter III it is shown the peculiar of a multiple connected domain and associated boundary equations are stablished. In the Chapter IV it is presented a simple procedure to write the Laplace's equations in forms of finite differences for irregular meshes. Finally, two exemples for assessing the method efficiency as compared to the finite ellement method and one analytical solution, are briefly discussed in Chapter V.
