Modelos mistos de elementos finitos para análise de grandes deformações

Abstract

dc:description.abstract

In the present work finite elasticity problems are studied through the use of an isoparametric rnixed elernent in wich stresses and displacements are approximated by the same interpolation functions. This finite element model is derived from a Reissner-type incremental variational principle based on an incremental potential energy principle. A total Lagrangian formulation is used to analyse axisymmetric solids, plane stress and plane strain problems. Two types of solution are available: a purely incremental solution and an incremental scheme with equilibrium checking. Constitutive equations for elastic and incompressible Mooney-Rivlin type materials are considered. Some results are presented and compared with other solutions.
