Estudo de flexão composta oblíqua em seções retangulares simétricas

A computer program was developed in order to design reinforced retangular full or hollow concrete sections with symetrical uniformly distributed reinforcement under biaxial bending. Theoretical bases followed CEB-FIP-1970 recommendations. Comments on grafical methods for design and checking were also presented. Studies on aproximate methods presented by several authors and codes were analysed as to their security and economic features.
