In order to acomplish this program of study a computer program in Fortran language and corresponding to the Freyssinet pre-stress procedure was prepared for use a IBM/360 digital computer. This program analysis any polygonal section in different phases of pre-stressing and construction, whose axis of symmetry coincides with the bending plane and is subject to combined axial force and bending, shear and torsion.
