Location Aware Games and Location Aware Fiction are two of the sections into which research in this area has been divided. One notable distinction between the two is that, while Location Aware Games are oriented towards multiuser experiences, Location Aware Fiction focuses principally on single-user experiences. The present study endeavours to establish the impact that multiuser interactions have upon Location Aware Fiction, specifically, the nature of the impact and its scale. A model of multiuser influence has been developed, specifically to explore this research question. Moreover, a Multiuser Location Aware Fiction called ‘Shelley’s Heart’ has been produced, and an experiment to establish the impact of multiuser interactions has been carried out using this material.","abstract_html":"Location Aware Applications are those that utilise location to curate the scope and nature of the content that will be exposed to users.
