For the university actor - at the Mohammed V University of Rabat (UM5r) - university continuing education (UCE) is a project of professional success and organizational development. He/She perceives a change at the social level to which he/she constantly adapts his/her action. The UCE assumes an integrative function as a field of communication between university and professional practice. The different UCE formats are open fields of action for professional profiling of UCE's mission and also contribute to profiling the university as a reliable UCE provider in its organizational field.
