The system automates certain processes in an effort to streamline the protocol procedure of the Institutional Review Board in preparation of the influx of protocols from Baylor University's vision to become a leading research institution. This project is a building block in moving the Baylor culture into technological innovation by replacing paper-laden processes with automated processes.
