A brief study of Greek and Roman mythology in modern poetry was made by examining the anthology, The New Poetry, edited by Harriet Monroe and Alice Corbin Henderson. Although some facts regarding the use of mythology by present day poets were shown, there was insufficient evidence for general conclusions.
