As the largest educational intervention of the United States, Title I is designed to close the achievement gap between students living in poverty and their advantaged peers. The practical intervention chosen for this study will abide by the purpose and method of improvement science; however, the researcher will modify the PDSA framework to serve the outcome of this intervention.
