The second part will address the potentially shared responsibility of the European Union (EU) as an international organization (IO) for human rights violations. Going a step further the third part will examine if cases of systemic pushbacks fall under the legal definition of crimes against humanity pursuant to Article 7 of the Rome Statute and if Polish leadership and EU leadership is potentially individually criminally responsible before the International Criminal Court (ICC).
