Ankara Emniyet Müdürlüğü Pasaport Şube Müdürlüğü elektronik hizmetinin değerlendirilmesi

The aim of this study is evaluating the electronic service which isperforming by Passport Service of Ankara Police Department. 20 highschool graduate and beneath and 20 over high school graduate; 20woman and 20 man, overall 40 person take part in this study. This studywas made in April 2006. Research data was gathered by interview formwhich was developed in connection with sub goals of this study.With this study; I attend to determine the visions of the peoplewho took advantage of this service; about savings in physical sourceand time, problems about the service and the visions about improvingthe service. This visions struggled to depart concerning sexuality andeducational background.According to data which is gathered from this study; declarationof majority is ?service is not providing saving in physical source?however this majority is changing if sexuality and educationalbackground are taken basic factor. In men group and in people whohave high school graduate and beneath, majority view is ?service isproviding saving in physical source? but in women group and in peoplewho have over high school graduate, majority view is opposite ofprevious groups. Views about saving in time is ?service is providingsaving in time? in all groups.After investigating data which is gathered from study we can saythat people do not have any problem about service. Majority of the viewabout improving the service is ?Service should be made moreprofessionally and all facilities should be transferred to virtual system?.
