Praca została podzielona została na osiem rozdziałów: 1) księgi wieczyste – geneza i rozwój, przedmiot, budowa oraz funkcje; 2) stosunek postępowania wieczystoksięgowego do innych postępowań; 3) podmioty postępowania wieczystoksięgowego; 4) wszczęcie postępowania wieczystoksięgowego; 5) podstawa wpisu do księgi wieczystej; 6) kognicja sądu w postępowaniu wieczystoksięgowym; 7) orzeczenia w postępowaniu wieczystoksięgowym i 8) środki zaskarżenia w postępowaniu wieczystoksięgowym. Analiza wyżej wskazanych zagadnień pokazuje jak w postępowaniu wieczystoksięgowym osiągnięto kompromis pomiędzy koniecznością sprawnego rozpatrywania dużej ilości spraw i zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa obrotu nieruchomościami. The thesis of this dissertation states that land registration proceeding is a peculiar type of civil procedure solutions, which results from the necessity of dealing with land registration functions and a large number of cases involved. The dissertation is divided into eight chapters: 1) land register – genesis, development, subject, structure and functions; 2) relations between land registration proceedings and other proceedings; 3) entities of land registration proceedings; 4) initiation of land registration proceedings; 5) basis for entry in land register; 6) court cognition in land registration proceedings; 7) judgments in land registration proceedings and 8) means of appeal.
