W rozdziale pierwszym nakreślam kontekst do dalszych rozważań. Rozdział drugi to perspektywa prawnicza. Opowiadam w nim pokrótce historię praw człowieka oraz rekonstruuję spór zwolenników prawa naturalnego i pozytywistów prawnych o podstawy ważnościowe. Rozdział trzeci prezentuje perspektywę filozoficzną. Poszukuję w nim filozoficznych korzeni praw człowieka. Rozdział czwarty opowiada o kontrowersjach związanych z prawami człowieka. W jego pierwszej części podsumowuję dotychczasowe rozważania i wskazuję na mankamenty perspektywy prawnej i filozoficznej. W drugiej części rozdziału posługuję się metaforą muru oraz wojny w celu wskazania na problem implementowania i egzekwowania koncepcji praw człowieka w praktyce. Piąty rozdział to propozycja ujęcia praw człowieka w perspektywie dynamicznej, w której odpowiedzialność za prawa człowieka spoczywa na każdym z nas. To także możliwość budowania kultury praw człowieka, z czym już mamy do czynienia. In my thesis, I consider the subject of human rights from the cultural perspective. This outlook allows me to ponder human rights - not as a set of readyto-use rules for which states and the international community are responsible (I call this a static approach), but as norms for which we are all responsible while negotiating and jointly designing human rights ( I call this a dynamie approach). In the first chapter, I outline the context for further considerations. The second chapter is a legal perspective. In it, I briefly tell the history of human rights and reconstruct the dispute between natural law supporters and legal positivists over the basis of validity. The third chapter presents a philosophical perspective. I search in it for the philosophical roots of human rights. The fourth chapter is about human rights controversies. In its first part, I summarize the previous considerations and point out the shortcomings of the lega I and philosophical perspective. In the second part of the chapter, I use the metaphor of the wall and war to point to the problem of implementing and enforcing the concept of human rights in practice.
