Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assemble information concerning nutritional rehabilitation centers which could prove helpful to persons desiring to organize or participate in such programs. The literature was reviewed to obtain information pertaining to the staff, physical facilities, program, locations, and evaluation of progress of nutritional rehabilitation centers. Both the general principles of organization and operation and descriptions of programs of specific nutritional rehabilitation centers were included in the data collection and discussion.
