Abstract
dc:description.abstractExamines the stimulation requirements, kinetics and mechanisms involved in regulation of IL-3 MRNA accumulation. Also presents the identification and partial characterisation of a number of nuclear proteins which bind specifically to regulatory elements in the IL-3 promoter.
