The sample consists of 119 student teams that competed in a business simulation. The findings show that the same impact of traits proven on the individual level holds true for the team level. Moreover, the findings suggest that teams should be homogeneous in terms of task-related traits but heterogeneous concerning most teamwork-related traits.
