Bewertung des Erfolgs von Unternehmensnetzwerken in der F E

This work´s objective is the development of a solution for the problem of evaluation the success of networks in the field of R&D. First, several important problems, relevant in this context, are worked out. On this basis a list of requirements to evaluation methods for R&D-Networks is generated, before a stage model is developed consisting of several specific steps which have to be undertaken in the evaluation process. The basis of this stage model is a broad basis of methods supporting the realization of tasks in the different steps. The stage model offers the opportunity to assess the success of R&D-Networks before as well as during and after the cooperation. The possibility of flexible model-configuration allows its effective usage under different circumstances. The evaluation is primary carried out from the company-level-perspective which means that the effects of R&D-Networking on a single partner´s objectives are examined.
