After the study of the bases about evaluation of training courses or their curricula one decided to use the questionnaire, which was already successfully used in practice. With this procedure it concerns a form of the internal self evaluation. With the given conditions this method appeared as that, what could supply a maximum of results by a minimum of effort. Of the three evaluated practical courses KONS phantom, KONS-I and KONS-II in this paper the results of the course KONS phantom are discussed. The students get here the chance to collect practical experiences for their first time without being in contact to human patients. In principle the questionnaire was arranged into two parts. The first part comprised the so named closed question part, in which the candidates could scale their answers between a minimum and a maximum of topics. In the second part the students got the chance to answer so named open questions in free text mode, to evaluate some circumstances with their own words. In principle the evaluation of the course failed quite positively. The majority of the students showed up in agreement with the organizational structure and the process of the course. Surprisingly appreciation for the criticism expressed at the own person was shown. This fact could mean, that most of the particulars were quite contented with their own success in learning. More critical remarks were made with the support of the course by the assistants. Even if one generally the disconcertion when entering new ground to be recognized it is to appoint not to make life more difficult than necessary for the students. Anyway the fact of limited budgets for such courses will be hardly negotiated. Also the time pressure, from which the courses have to suffer, could not be diminished so easily. In particular with the statements delivered to the open questions it was to be recognized that by supplementing measures as for example single interviews the results can to be surely specified. So here were many points in which it could be helpful, to ask further questions. It is quite conceivable that, by co-operation with the didactical department of the university or with Institute for education science, the methods can be perhaps refined. Surely that will substantially intensify the preparation on such a evaluation project. Also in such a case it cannot be spoken of self evaluation, but anyhow components of the external evaluation are added. It has to be proved, if that could be a worthwhile attempt for another trial. Additional the results of the self evaluation of the two other courses KONS-I and KONS-II has to be implied, but these are results of other papers, which are however topic of other work.
