Asymmetrische Synthese von Sulfonsäurederivaten

Abstract

dc:description

Sulfonic acids and its derivatives are an important class of organic compounds. There are many sulfonic acids and derivatives with interesting pharmacological properties (e.g. taurine). The main objective in this dissertation was the synthesis of various protected taurine-derivatives. Additionally, the ring-opening reactions of sultones with heteronucleophiles and the Michael-reactions of sulfonic acid esters with various Michael-acceptors were investigated.
