Unterschiedliche autonome Innervation in Pulmonalvene, linkem Vorhof und rechtem Vorhof : eine elektrophysiologische und pharmakologische Charakterisierung

Abstract

dc:description

Ectopic beats originating in the pulmonary veins initiate atrial fibrillation. We evaluated the differential effects of combined locally increased neuronal tone an dilatation on effective refractory periods in pulmonray veins, right atrium and left atrium and correlated these functional properties to the underlying neuromorphology. Both raising intraatrial pressure and high intesity stimulation significantly decreased effective refractory period. In 36 Langendorff-perfused rabbit hearts effective refractory period of pulmonray veins, right atrium and left atrium were determined.
