    Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem efuzní cely pro tvorbu ultrathenkých vrstev hliníku v podmínkách ultravysokého vakua. Byly navrhnuty dvě varianty lišící se typem ohřevu. První využívá energie urychlených elektronů, druhý tepelné záření. Zbylé části cel jsou plně zaměnitelné.
