The effect of stimulation on swallowing function in post-stroke patient
본 연구에서는 뇌졸중 후 연하곤란 환자에게 냉촉각 자극법을 제공하여 연하기능 즉, 연하곤란 정도, 구강 인두기능, 연하 속도를 파악하여 연하곤란 환자를 위한 냉촉각 자극법의 효과를 알아보고자 수행한 비동등성 대조군 전후시차 설계이다. 2010년 3월부터 8월까지 6개월 이내 뇌졸중을 진단 받은 후 연하곤란을 호소하는 환자 중 연구 대상에 적합한 자를 임의로 표출하였으며 의무기록지와 대상자 혹은 가족의 면담을 통해 대상자의 특성을 파악하여 대조군을 선정하였다. 병변부위, 뇌졸중 종류, 식이를 변수로 짝짓기 하여 실험군을 선정하였으며 …
