Development of Clinical Ladder System of Nurses for Small and Medium Sized Hospital
본 연구에서는 중소병원에 근무하는 간호사의 인적자원관리를 위한 전략으로 임상경력제도를 개발하였다. 본 연구는 방법론적 연구로써 다음과 같은 단계로 진행하였다. 문헌분석을 통해 임상경력제도의 구성 항목을 규명하였고, 포커스 그룹 대상으로 중소병원 간호사를 면담하여 규명된 임상경력제도의 구성 항목이 중소병원 간호사에게 적절한지 확인하여 임상경력제도를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서의 임상경력제도는 간호역량체계와 운영체계로 구성하였으며, 간호역량체계는 4단계 임상등급, 4개의 간호영역, 11개 간호역량과 40개의 행동지표로 구성하였고 …
