노인요양병원 간호사의 전문직 자아개념, 자기효능감과 직무스트레스
본 연구는 노인요양병원 간호사를 대상으로 전문직 자아개념, 자기효능감과 직무스트레스 정도를 파악하고, 이들 간의 관련성을 규명함으로써 직무스트레스 감소를 위해 전문직 자아개념과 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 15개 수도권 소재 100병상 이상 노인병원에서 6개월 이상 근무한 간호사로 총 247명이었다. 자료수집기간은 2012년 8월 7일부터 8월 24일까지 이었으며 연구도구는 전문직 자아개념도구, 일반적 자기효능척도, 직무스트레스도구를 사용하였다. …
