Perinatal outcomes with fetal growth restriction according to hypertensive disorder in pregnancy
태아 발육 부전이 의심되는 환자에 있어 산전 진찰의 목적은 실제 성장 부전을 일으킬 수 있는 위험인자를 가진 산모들을 조기에 발견하고 산과적 중재를 통하여 신생아의 이환률과 사망률을 줄이는데 있다. 발육부전을 동반한 임신은 다양한 산과적 문제들이 합병되어 있는 경우가 많으며 병태 생리학적으로 전자간증 및 만성 고혈압 등의 고혈압성 질환과도 연관이 있다고 밝혀진바 있다. 하지만 발육부전과 임신성 고혈압 질환이 같이 있는 경우 각 질환의 유형에 따른 주산기 예후에 대한 예후를 직접적 비교 연구는 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 태아 …
