The Alteration of Thyroid Hormone Level during Liver Transplantation
"배경: 비갑상선질환 증후군은 triiodothyronine (T3)치가 단독으로 저하되어 있거나 T3 와 tyroxine (T4)치가 같이 저하되어있는 것이 특징이다. 이는 기아, 패혈증, 심근경색, 심장 혹은 비 심장수술 환자에서 관찰 되며, 어떤 심한 질병과도 동반될 수 있다. 원인은 명확히 알려져 있지 않으나, interleukine-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a)와 같은 cytokines가 요소 중 하나로 제시되고 있다. 간이식수술은 cytokines의 급격한 변화를 겪는 …
