본 연구는 지역사회 정신보건센터를 이용하는 만성정신질환자의 자살생각에 영향 을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 시도된 상관관계 연구이다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 11곳 지역 정신보건센터의 조현병, 우울증, 조울증으로 등 록된 만성정신질환자 396명에게 인구 사회학적 요인을 비롯한 자살생각, 우울, 스트 레스, 운동 충동성 척도로 구성된 설문을 실시하였고, 정신질환 증상은 연구자가 기 록지를 통해 작성하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS version 22.0을 사용하였다. 인구 사회학적 특성, 우울, 자살시도경험, 음주는 자살생각과 평균차이를 …
