Measurments of Correlated Pair Momentum Distributions in 3He(e,e'pp)n With CLAS
… are back-to-back and carry very little momentum along q, indicating that they are spectators. Experimental and theoretical evidence indicates that we have measured N N correlations in 3He(e,e'pp)n by striking the third nucleon and detecting the spectator correlated pair.</p>

Measurements of Correlated Pair Momentum Distributions in -3He(e,e',p,p)n with CLAS
… pair. We have measured the relative and total momentum distributions of spectator <em>pp</em> and <em>pn</em> pairs up to 600 MeV/c. The theoretical calculations generally fail to describe the data.</p>

Identified particle transverse momentum distributions from AU + AU collisions at 62.4 GeV per nucleon pair
Transverse momentum (PT) distributions for pions, kaons, protons and antiprotons have been measured near mid-rapidity for Au+Au collisions at sNN = 62.4 GeV using the PHOBOS detector at the Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collider (RHIC) in Brookhaven National Laboratory. Particle identification is …

Monte Carlo studies of momentum distributions and longitudinal response functions of A=3 and 4 nuclei
… is generalized to calculate quantities such as momentum distributions and transition probabilities. The longitudinal structure function and the energy weighted sum of the longitudinal response are calculated in the few-body nuclei, and results obtained for these quantities in nuclear matter with …

Following a Photochemical Reaction of Br2 using Photoion and Photoelectron Momentum Spectroscopy
… it into electrons and ions. Additionally, the momentum distributions of photoions and photoelectrons contain intricate structures that offer valuable insights into the dynamic behavior of ions and electrons. This thesis explores the techniques for observing the atomic and valence electronic …

Thermoelastic and dynamical properties of perfluoroethane
… scattering and diffraction were used to measure momentum distributions of carbon and fluorine atoms and diffraction patterns of solid C$\sb2$F$\sb6$ from 20 K up to its melting point of 173.3 K, and the momentum distributions of carbon and fluorine in liquid C$\sb2$F$\sb6$ at 180 K. At high …

Thermoelastic and dynamical properties of C2F6

Statistical-thermodynamical analysis, using Tsallis statistics, in high energy physics
… distribution has been used to fit the transverse momentum distributions of identified particles from several high energy experiments. We propose a form of the distribution described in Cleymans and Worku, 2012, and show it to be thermodynamically consistent. Transverse momenta distributions and …

Inclusive resonance production in single-vee events in [pi]- nucleon interactions at 200 GeV
… charged particles. Transverse and longitudinal momentum distributions for the V° and for K*±(892), Σ±(1385), Ξ⁻(1321) and Ξ⁺(1321) are presented. A comparison is made with the prediction of QCD quark counting rules. Evidence for A⁺C; is presented.

Quantum electrodynamic model for production amplitudes at infinite momentum
… collisions is calculated in a infinite momentum field theory model. More precisely, the model considers only events where"" the center of momentum energy is, much larger, than typical subenergies between pairs which are adjacent in longitudinal momentum. The subenergies are assumed much …

Bose-Einstein condensation from a gluon transport equation
… systems of gluons distributed isotropically in momentum space. With our scheme we confirm results of Blaizot et al. [1], in particular that for certain “overpopulated” initial conditions, a transient Bose-Einstein condensate emerges during equilibriation in a finite time. We further analyse the …

The structure of hadrons and other potential phases of QCD
… of the proton, via the study of transverse momentum distributions, energy correlators, and diffractive processes at colliders. Additionally, we develop new analytic and numerical techniques for studying QCD phase structure inspired by non-Hermitian physics, and probe the possibility of new …

Transport and disorder-induced localization of ultracold Fermi gases
… in a cubic optical lattice. Non-equilibrium momentum distributions are created via Raman transitions, and the excitation relaxation rate is measured in the lattice. Transport experiments were performed in a disordered optical lattice to explore the disordered Hubbard model. These experiments …

Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering at Hall A, Jefferson Lab
… help fill in the gaps of QCD. Generalized Parton Distributions (GPDs) provide simultaneous information of both spacial and longitudinal momentum distributions of constituents of a quark-gluon system. Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering (DVCS) is understood to be the simplest and cleanest process to …

The proton's longitudinal spin structure studied through the weak interaction in pp collisions
… separated quark and antiquark spin-dependent momentum distributions. This is most significant in the case of the antiquark distributions, which are currently not well constrained. PHENIX has taken data toward this measurement in 2013, analysis of the data was performed, and preliminary $A_L^W$ …

Parallel computing solutions to the Balitsky-Kovchegov equation
… transverse spin asymmetries and transverse momentum distributions[6-8]. These require the inclusion of new degrees of freedom, which can be done systematically by extending the Gaussian truncation of the JIMWLK equation[9][10]. This necessarily increases the computational demands, both in …
