"소아의 통증성 술기에서 진정목적으로 Ketamine을 투여 시 비강 투여와 근육주사의 진정 정도를 비교하기 위하여 연구를 진행하였다. 안면부 열상으로 내원하는 소아 환자를 대상으로 진정목적으로 Ketamine을 비강 및 근육 주사하여 그 결과를 2개월간 전향적으로 조사하였다. 비강 투여는 8mg/kg 용량으로, 근육주사는 4mg/kg로 투여 후에 투여 당시의 저항정도, 진정척도, 시술자 및 보호자의 만족도를 평가하였다. 총 100명의 환자가 연구에 포함되었으며, 각각 50명씩 약물 투여하였다. 비강 투여 군에서는 75%(36 …
