Interpersonal relationship(Guardian–patient) stress
본 연구는 응급실 간호사의 대인관계(보호자-환자) 스트레스와 극복력 간의 관계를 파악하기 위한 조사 연구이다. 2016년 2 월 3일부터 2016년 2월 19 일까지 경기도 소재 2개의 종합병원에서 근무하고 있는 응급실 간호사 총 117명을 대상으로 하였다. 극복력은 박미미(2015)가 개발한 간호사 극복력 측정도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 대인관계(보호자-환자) 스트레스는 구미옥, 김매자(1984)가 개발한 도구를 기초로 응급실 간호사의 근무 중 스트레스를 측정하기 위해 수정·보완한 이명선(2012)의 도구 중 8개 영역의 하나인 …
