    잔위암은 일반적으로 잔위 주변 임파선전이가 많고 주위조직의 침윤이 많은 것으로 알려져 있다. 14년동안 한 기관에서 수술한 잔위암 환자의 임상병리적 결과에대한 수술적 결과를 후향적으로 연구해보았다. 34명의 환자가 잔위암으로 진단되어 평가에 포함되었다. 잔위암의 과거수술방법에 따른 수술적 결과와 임상병리적 양상을 분석하였다. 34명중 14명은 과거에 암으로 인해 20명은 양성질환으로 위부분절제술을 받은 경우였다. 과거 악성질환으로 수술받은 환자의 경우 처음수술과 잔위암수술의 기간이 양성인 경우와 비교하여 유의하게 짧았다. …
