연구배경 및 목적 수근관증후군(carpal tunnel syndrome, CTS)은 가장 흔한 단일신경병으로 비교적 높은 유병률에도 불구, 치료 방법 선택에 관한 명확한 지침이 없어 실제 임상에서 혼선이 있는 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 전기생리학적 검사로 확진된 수근관증후군 환자의 수술적 치료 선택에 미치는 요인들을 분석하여 수술적 치료의 지침에 도움을 주고자 함이다. 특히 실제 진료현장에서 수술적 요법을 선택할 때 영향을 주는 여러 요인들을 다면적으로 고려하여 최대한 진료 현실을 반영하도록 하였다. 연구대상 및 연구방법 …
