Photoproduction of the (Positive, Negative) D* Meson
Using the broad band beam at FNAL, we have observed the photoproduction of the D('*+) (and D('*-)) meson, where D('*+) (--->) D('0)(pi)('+) and D('0) (--->) K('-)(pi)('+) (143 (+OR-) 20 events) or D('0) (--->) K(,s)(pi)('+)(pi)('-) (35 (+OR-) 11 events). The observation exploited the small …

High energy photoproduction of the p and p' vector mesons
In an experiment in the broad band photon beam at Fermilab we observe diffractive production of 21T =and 41T =states from Be, AI. Cu and Pb targets. The 21T=data is dominated by the p(770) and the 41T=is dominated by the p'(1500). We measure the energy dependence of p photoproduction from Be and …
