An Explanatory Model on Quality of Life in Patients with Hematologic Malignancy
본 연구는 혈액암 환자의 삶의 질을 설명하는 요인을 규명하고 요인들 간의 영향력을 확인하여 설명모형을 제안함으로서 혈액암 환자의 삶의 질을 예측하는 요인을 제시하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구의 가설적 모형 구축을 위하여 Wilson과 Cleary (1995)의 건강관련 삶의 질 모델과 혈액암 환자의 삶의 질에 대한 선행연구를 분석한 결과, 자기효능감, 진단 후 기간, 사회적 지지는 외생변수로 증상, 자가간호행위, 지각된 건강상태, 삶의 질은 내생변수로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 경기도 소재 2개 병원과 한국 혈액암 협회에서 치료 과정에 …
