The Effects of Status of Residence and Occupational Stress on the Depressive Symptoms of Migrant Workers
목적: 서울 경기 일부 이주노동자들의 우울 증상정도를 파악하고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 평가하기 위해 체류자격과 직무스트레스를 중심으로 상관성을 분석하고자 한다. 방법: 서울, 경기지역 이주노동자 센터에 방문한 이주노동자 158명을 대상으로, 12개 언어로 번역된 구조화된 설문지를 사용하였다. 조사 항목은 체류자격, 사회 인구학적 및 작업관련요인, 건강형태, 직무스트레스, 우울증상 이었으며, 직무스트레스 수준과 우울 증상을 평가하기 위해 한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구 Korean Occupational Stress …
