목적: 이 연구는 상악동 거상술시 사용한 자가치아뼈이식재, 탈회동결건조동종골, 탈단백우골 등의 이식재에 따른 효용성에 대해 비교, 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 대상 및 방법: 2010년 4월부터 2013년 7월까지 아주대학교병원 구강악안면외과에서 상악동 골이식술을 시행한 환자 중 측방개창법(lateral window technique)을 통해 자가치아뼈(AutoBT), 탈회동결건조동종골(DFDBA), 탈단백우골(DBBM)을 이식재로 사용한 환자를 대상으로 하였으며 총 26명의 환자, 30개의 상악동이 선정되었다. 골이식재의 높이는 …
