Effects of Self Efficacy and Social Support on the Sick Role Behavior Compliance in Hemodialysis Patients
본 연구는 혈액투석환자의 자기효능감과 사회적 지지가 환자역할행위 이행에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이며, 혈액투석환자의 환자역할행위 이행을 증진시키기 위한 간호중재 프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 경기도에 위치한 일 대학병원에서 정기적으로 혈액투석 치료를 받고 있는 말기 신부전 환자 중에서 만 19세 이상의 환자 136명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집은 2014년 9월 17일부터 10월 15일까지 구조화된 설문지와 의무기록을 이용하여 편의 표집 하였다. 자기효능감은 혈액투석환자를 대상으로 …
