… 중독 환자의 예후 인자로서 simplified acute physiology score II(SAPS II)의 유용성을 알아보기 위함이다. 대상 및 방법 : 본 연구는 2006년 1월부터 2010년 12월까지 일개 대학병원을 내원한 65명의 급성 파라콰트 중독환자를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 모든 환자에 대해서 중환자 입원 시에SAPS II, 혈중 파라콰트 농도, severity index of paraquat poisoning (SIPP) 를 계산하여 각 시스템의 사망률과의 관계를 평가하였다. 결과 : 전체 사망률은 73.8%로 …
