Effects of Green Tea Extract (GTE) for Normal and Cancer Cell Death by Radiation
… 농도의 녹차추출물을 단독으로 처리하거나 녹차추출물 처리 후 방사선을 조사하고 MTT assay, clonogenic assay, ROS assay를 시행하였다. 방사선과 함께 0.025 및 0.05 mM의 녹차추출물을 사용하였을 때 방사선만을 조사받은 경우에 비해 정상 세포주인 IEC-6에서 방사선조사 후 세포생존율이 증가하였으며 방사선조사를 받지 않은 경우에도 같은 비율로 세포생존율의 증가가 있었다. 대장암 세포주인 HCT-116에서는 0.025 및 0.05 mM 녹차추출물 처리로 방사선에 의한 세포살상이 증가하였다. …
