The influence of carbon dioxide on growth and metabolism of etiolated Avena sativa 1 coleoptiles
… carbon dioxide stimulated growth is mediated by metabolism, and that carbon dioxide stimulates growth through a dark fixation process. Growth studies also demonstrated that IAA and carbon dioxide stimulated growth in a synergistic manner.

Bridging the physiology and ecology of hemiparasitic plants
Metabolism based on photosynthesis is a defining feature of plants. However, some flowering plant lineages have adopted a heterotrophic lifestyle based on parasitism, either reducing or completely abandoning their ability to photosynthesize. Approximately 1-2% of all angiosperms directly parasitize …

Temperature dependence of plant photosynthesis and respiration using the Macromolecular Rate Theory (MMRT)
… traits that determine leaf carbon balance in C3 plants, using Sunflower as a model system, with emphasis on the photorespiratory CO2 compensation point (Γ*), the rate of CO2 release in the light (DL), the maximal carboxylation capacity (Vcmax), the maximal electron transport capacity (Jmax), and …
