The Effects of Barrier Materials on Reduction of Pericardial Adhesion Formation in Rabbits
목적: 이 연구의 목적은 hyaluronic acid 의 유도체로 액체의 점성을 지니는 가딕스-SL 과 최근 개발된 열 감응성 액체/겔 물질인 가딕스-SG 의 효능과 안전성을 토끼 심낭 유착모델을 이용하여 비교 분석하는 데에 있다. 방법: 총 60마리의 토끼를 외심막에 찰과상을 유발한 후에 적용시킨 물질의 종류에 따라 세 군으로 나누었다.
